- It suggests a mix of Italian and sourdough, but French and sourdough is my favorite!
- Use the max amount of bread suggested
- I ended up baking it way longer than the recipe states (prob abt 30 min longer.) it could just be my oven, but at the time the recipe was supposed to be done it was gooey (I don’t recall having this problem last year!), so if you run into that, VERY gently toss to get those gooey parts on top abs crusty parts on bottom then bake until nice and crispy and golden brown!!
