It’s jam season! This is the best, easiest, and healthiest jam I’ve ever had!! Of course it’s from Sweet Laurel!
Recipe Notes:
- I subbed lime for lemon juice due to food sensitivity
- I have used raspberries and strawberries in this, but I think you can use any fruit! I’m making a strawberry peach one soon!
- The only downside is that it lasts 3-5 days so, I just freeze what I won’t use and defrost as needed
- we pour this into ice cube trays and freeze then thaw the needed amt each week!
