I don’t have much to say about these bars except that I love them! Even my husband who hates pumpkin, loves them! Recipe is from Wife Mama Foodie. I’ve wanted to try her recipes for a while, and I’m so glad I finally did!
Recipe Notes:
- I think they’re more the texture of cake than bars
- use this chocolate chip recipe to keep refined sugar free
- I don’t think coconut sugar is as good as other natural sweeteners. I think it’s fine in moderation, but if you wanted something else, you could probably sub date sugar. I haven’t tried this in this recipe, but have in others and it’s worked great
