

This one of the 2 Reese’s eggs recipes I like! It’s from Minimalist Baker who is a genius in the kitchen! They are both great – I would say this one tastes a little more “hearty” and the other is quicker and more allergen adaptable, but again- both great! If you cant have peanuts I’m sure you could sub almonds and almond butter for the peanuts and peanut butter, but I haven’t tried this,
I would just use Sweet Laurel recipe for choc chips to make refined sugar- free option. I made them using her cookbook recipe, but there’s a similar recipe here. Just pour chocolate in a separate bowl once melted so it doesn’t burn, dip frozen pb eggs, then freeze the remainder for choc. chips!
