I feel weird doing a post about broccoli since it’s such a simple dish, but it’s so delicious, how could I not share?? We all love this recipe, even my toddler. My husband’s words when eating it, “why doesn’t everyone eat broccoli this way??”
It’s light, crispy, and flavorful- it almost tastes fried! This recipe is from Food Network and is awesome! My notes are below:
- I like it to be super crispy, so I often cook it roughly 5 min longer than the recipe says until it all looks very crispy, but it also depends on your oven.
- I do minced garlic instead of sliced
- I use avocado oil instead of olive
- I mix broccoli, garlic, and oil in a ziplock then salt and pepper once its on the cookie sheet for a more even taste
