I rarely make meals twice because I love experimenting with different recipes, but this is one I keep finding myself making again because it’s so good and so easy!! It can also be made dairy free and gluten free!
Recipe notes:
- For dairy free: omit cheese and taste. I added a little extra lemon and salt to taste. I also used Miyokos instead of normal butter for df.
- For gf or grain free, use gf or grain free spaghetti with almond flour instead of breadcrumbs in the meatballs. Jovial is my fav grain free/gf pasta!
- I ALWAYS double the meatball recipe, cook, THEN freeze half. Such a great meal prep option!
