This salad is from Pinch of Yum (one of my favorite salad sources!) and is the best marriage of flavors in your mouth!! It’s somehow the perfect amount of crunchy, sweet, and savory!
Recipe Notes:
- I hate the mess of frying bacon, so I bake it on parchment paper with this method
- I use dairy free yogurt. Culina is my favorite and Coco is second best. Both have clean ingredients (rare for df yogurt), but I love that I can reuse the bottles for Culina.
- For df, omit cheese and use df yogurt
