I’ve been wanting to try a recipe from Paleo Running Momma for a while and I’m so glad I finally did! I’ve tried a couple recipes lately and they’re both amazing!! I only made a few adjustments. PSA, the chicken on this is unbelievable. My husband just kept munching on it plain because it was so amazing!
Recipe Notes:
- For the slaw and cabbage, I just used one bag of the Trader Joe’s organic purple coleslaw mix (also has shredded carrots in it), so I did 3 cups of that)
- I omitted the scallions just because I’m not a huge fan
- I didn’t have mandarin oranges, so I just used regular and they were great!
- I used chicken tenderloins since I didn’t have chicken thighs
- We topped with some sesame seeds!
