- A very neutral oil and can be subbed for coconut oil or melted butter

- Namaste Organic Gf Perfect Flour Blend
- This the “cleanest” gf flour blend I’ve found that cooks well. while not perfect ingredient-wise, it’s the best I’ve seen so far that still substitutes well. I sub it for flour 1:1 in everything except pie crusts, soups/sauces for thickening, and some breads (can also get this on Amazon, but Costco has the best price)

- This is the cheapest place I’ve found to get them and they’re great for an on the go meal and my toddler especially loves them!
