So the majority of you voted that you were ready for pumpkin! To kick off fall on the blog, we’ll start with this amazing pumpkin granola from Pinch of Yum!
Recipe Notes
- The only adjustment I made is I didn’t stir the granola so I cooked it 40 min without stirring to get that crunchy, clumpy granola
- If you like crunchy and clumpy like me, don’t stir, check on it at 30, but keep cooking until it’s getting a little crunchy. It will not get super crunchy in the oven, but you should feel some crunch, enough to tell that once it cools, it will crunch up. Then remove from oven and don’t disturb it until cool
- The recipe calls for 2-3 teaspoons salt and this seems crazy, but if you’re into sweet and salty, I’d start with 2-2 1/2 teaspoons (I use 2 1/2 teaspoons) and see how you like it. If you’re not into salty and sweet, then I’d start with 1 and work your way up to what you prefer 🙂
