We love this as a snack and as a side dish! Our toddler is obsessed with this (and us) and we hope you love it as much as us!
Recipe Notes:
- I omit the garlic
- Do the suggested nutritional yeast- so good!!
- The website suggests it tastes like popcorn and it doesn’t to me, but it’s incredible!
- I also wouldn’t recommend using coconut oil. Coconut oil isn’t great for high heat cooking because it’s smoke point is 350 (source). I recommend avocado oil
- I love the website this recipe comes from, but don’t love their emphasis on weight loss and don’t agree with it. As I’ve mentioned multiple times, I believe in nourishing your body with good, healthy food, exercising and loving yourself along the way and wherever that leaves you, but I still use so many of their recipes because they’re amazing and so talented!
- The recipe mentions you can cook it or eat it raw- we haven’t tried it raw, but LOVE it cooked!
- We just use a head of cauliflower for this and double or triple it to adjust to our cauliflower amount 🙂
