Any time I cook a meat replacement, my husband gets pretty nervous, but I always pleasantly surprise him! According to him, this doesn’t taste like meat, but is amazing!

- I omitted chipotles in adobo sauce because I have no idea where to find them and because my husband has zero tolerance for spice. They turn out great without it

- Highly recommend at least some of your toppings being guac and Pico de Gallo
