When I need a delicious, easy meal that appeals to a large variety of taste buds, this is my go to. It’s painfully easy which is my happy place. We love this meal and hope you do too!
INGREDIENTS
Chicken
- 2 pounds frozen chicken tenderloins or thighs
- 24 Oz mild, smooth salsa
METHOD
- Combine chicken and salsa in crockpot and cook on low 6-8 hours.
- It’s done when it just falls apart without effort or without hardly any effort
- Shred chicken
- Serve over corn tortillas with desired toppings
