A few months back, I took an EverlyWell food sensititvity test and it showed I had food sensitivities to tomato, gluten (obviously), and dairy among other things. For someone who loves pasta this was a little sad. I had the idea to see if Minimalist Baker had a dairy free pesto and sure enough, she did! I only had walnuts on hand and they are cheaper than pine nuts, so I went with that. It was amazing, especially on cauliflower gnocchi.
