Today, I’m sharing one of my favorite green smoothies! I love green smoothies, but doing a bunch of different ones can get expensive, so I typically pick one, buy all the ingredients, then drink it all week or until the ingredients run out.
This is a perfect green smoothie for anyone, but especially for green smoothie beginners because it doesn’t have any weird tastes! We love this one and hope you do too!
Notes:
- To save on time, I cut the cantaloupe and carrot beforehand
- Another time saver is buying the pre-shredded carrots and using those
- I used frozen pineapple and mango. I would not recommend getting the mango at Trader Joe’s. There’s has little fibers in it that are annoying to me while I drink it
- I buy the greens mix at my local grocery store or Trader Joe’s (it typically has spinach, chard, kale) and is sometimes called “smoothie greens”. It’s called “power greens” at Trader Joe’s. I sub this for the collard greens
- And I subbed almond milk for water in the recipe
