Are you ready for the worlds easiest meatballs that go with anything- over rice with a side salad, a pita with tzatziki and all the toppings, spaghetti, etc etc. but if you want to make the best decision, eat it with this pasta! When I first made these meatballs, Dal’s eyes opened wide and he could not stop eating them 😂
These could not be easier! It’s a dump, mix, bake recipe! Also HIGHLY recommend making a double batch and freezing half for dinner or lunch another week!
Recipe Notes:
- For dairy free, omit cheese
- For gluten free, sub almond flour for breadcrumbs
- I ALWAYS double the recipe, bake both and THEN freeze half!
