I have an unholy love of energy bites. They’re delicious, inexpensive, easy and fast to make and eat. Just what this mom, and let’s be honest, every human who’s at all busy needs!
I LOVE the nourishing ingredients in these! They have nut butter, flax seeds, raw honey, coconut, oats, raisins, chocolate chips, chocolate candies (M&m style), and vanilla. Also, I love my food processor but love that you don’t need one here! The recipe is from Ambitious Kitchen! She’s a food genius!
Notes:
- I used Nuttzo smooth power fuel nut butter instead of peanut butter
- Used raw honey instead of normal (she may have too)
- Used Enjoy Life chocolate chips
- Used Unreal crispy quinoa chocolate candies
- Doubled the recipe!
