Ingredients:
- 1/4 avocado smashed
- 1/2-1 teaspoon Everything seasoning
- Treeline garlic herb cheese (optional)
- 1-2 slices Turkey or chicken deli meat
- 1/2 Mini cucumber, sliced thin
- Handful of sprouts or micro greens
- Salt and pepper
- Jicama wraps or tortilla (I heat it just long enough on the skillet to soften)
Method
- On top of jicama wrap or tortilla add a dollop of cheese (optional)
- Top with smashed avocado and season with everything seasoning
- Top with 1-2 slices deli meat (I use 1 slice on jicama wraps or 2 slices on tortillas)
- Top turkey with cucumbers slices and add a dash of s+p
- Finish with a handful of sprouts or micro greens, wrap, and enjoy
Notes:
- I recommend organic when possible
- Save leftover avocado with a squeeze of lime or lemon and put in fridge in sealed container
- If you don’t have everything seasoning, here is a recipe I haven’t tried but looks good!
- I get the jicama wraps at Trader Joe’s. If you prefer tortillas, I recommend Siete tortillas for grain free.
- If you don’t want cheese, it’ll taste great without it or if you prefer cream cheese, you can make you’re own (here) or Miyokos makes a great one!
