Foods To Grab A Few Of (but not hoard š!)
- 1 Costco sized box of spinach
- Transfer to a stasher bag and freeze so you can enjoy lots of green smoothies or spinach in meals without lots of grocery store trips
- Frozen riced cauliflower
- I love Trader Joeās. I always have about 4 bags on hand and go through abt 2-3 in a week because I add it to EVERYTHING (smoothies, casseroles, etc.) since you canāt even tell itās in there
- Frozen fruit and veggies
- For smoothies, casseroles, and just about everything! Right now my freezer is full of cauliflower rice, peas, spinach, and green beans!
- Canned salmon
- Canned tuna
- Coconut milk
- I love Trader Joeās organic ones. I sub this for cream or milk in almost any recipe for df
- Bulk Nuts
- For granola (especially grain free), desserts, snacks, and homemade nut milk!
- Eggs
- Potatoes
- Sweet Potatoes
- Onions
- Squash
- Brussels Sprouts
I think itās easiest to make bulk meals that can be reheated and eaten throughout the week with minimal ingredients or using frozen ingredients. Here are some of my favorites below! All are refined sugar free and gluten free and most are or can be made grain free and dairy free.
Breakfasts

Snacks

- I love Lesser Evil Organic Pink Himalayan Sea Salt. With popcorn I try to always buy organic popcorn, but if not organic, for sure non GMO. Unless labeled non GMO, popcorn is always GMO. Organic automatically means no GMO, but also no chemical fertilizers or pesticides. Non GMO just means same chemicals are used, but not GMOs.
- Crackers and hummus
- I love Hu crackers and Simple Mills crackers with Trader Joeās organic hummus (great ingredients and no citric acid šš)
- Guac and crackers or veggies
- Kale chips
- Beef sticks
- I like Epic bars, but Dal hates them, so def not something everyone loves. Iād recommend buying one at a time to taste and ensure you like it
- Turkey cucumber rolls
- Cut cucumbers in strips then wrap them in turkey deli meat (learned from Branch Basics)
- Avocado with everything seasoning and crackers and a squeeze of lime
- Chips and salsa
- I love Siete chips
- Protein drink
- Nuzest chocolate digestive blend blended with frozen cauliflower and almond milk
- Perfect bar
- The mint chocolate is Dalās favorite
- RX bar
- Ingredients arenāt perfect, but still a good choice and you can buy in bulk at Costco

- Boiled egg and fruit (cover eggs with water, bring to a boil then simmer for 7 min)

- Apples and nut/seed butter
- Celery and nut/seed butter

- I love the salt and vinegar snacking seeds and banana spirulina seeded bites
Lunch
- A lot of the snacks listed above could double as a lunch. Leftovers are also a great choice!
- Roasted Veggies on Cauliflower Pita
- This one is more time intensive but great leftovers!
- Sandwiches loaded with deli meat and veggies
- My fav toppings are sprouts, avocado, lettuce, tomato, vegan cream cheese, and shredded carrots
Dinner
- No Boil Pasta Bake (grain free, df)
- Sub Miokonos cheese to make df
- SautƩ riced cauliflower with spinach to add more veggies
- Sub Capelloās grain free pasta to make grain free. Havenāt done it in this recipe, but I plan to!
- Lasagna

- Use Capelloās grain free lasagna noodles to make grain free

- Sub almond flour for breadcrumbs to be grain free.
- If you donāt have the ingredients for the slaw on hand, itās still incredible without it! Iād serve with roasted veggies or baked potato/sweet potato!
