I have a chicken noodle soup recipe I LOVE and make every fall/winter and make it for everyone! But since I’m on the Candida protocol right now, I can’t have grains, so no noodles 😭. I was seriously craving some chicken noodle soup but tons of veggies and found this from Fed and Fit! It is SO good! I hope you love it as much as we did! ❤️
Recipe Notes
- I did 3 cloves garlic, but 4 would taste good too I’m sure- just go with your garlic preferences 😉
- I omitted the bell peppers because my body doesn’t do great on them
- I used about 1 1/2 lbs chicken breast instead of 5-6 lbs
- I would start with 6 cups broth then work your way up to what you prefer (6-8)
- I love homemade broth (crazy easy recipe here), but store bought will obviously work great too!
- I did 1 teaspoon salt
- I also added a shake of herbed de Provence!
- I feel like crusty bread would take this to the next level!
- I just used a cooked rotisserie chicken and added it after the soup finished cooking, but you can also use raw like the recipe suggests
