All items listed are non toxic and safe unless otherwise specified! I highly recommend looking your items or their ingredients up on EWG, Think Dirty, or Made Safe! There are so many great safe options out there, but if you’d prefer, most things also have DIY options. Either way, cost does not have to be a prohibitor for most safe options! If you are struggling to find a way to affordable use safe products, please reach out and I will help you find inexpensive DIY options. It’s worth it!
Especially this year, one of the best gifts you may give to someone may be unexpected. Ask what they need. Some are struggling to pay their utilities, fill their car with gas, etc. paying attention to these needs can be a huge blessing.
I also highly recommend checking Facebook marketplace for items. We buy and sell so much stuff from there and it’s saved hundreds of dollars. Just make sure it’s not upholstered or anything that could harbor mold.
***The Primally Pure links are affiliate links
(meaning, if you buy something through that link, I receive a small commission at no extra cost to you.) None of the other links are affiliate- just there for convenience. At the bottom are all the discount codes I have for items (the latter gives a discount to you and small commission to me at no extra cost to you). I only ever share stuff I love that is great/safe. I always turn away companies that do not meet those standards. Thank you for supporting my small business and allowing me to continue sharing helpful information and safe products. I appreciate you!!!

- Le Crueset
- Reach out to the company. Some colors contain lead. Others are fine

- Food processor
- Nutribullet
- We use this multiple times a day for smoothies, blending nuts or oats, dressings and sauces, etc! Also great to bring for travel
- Almond Cow
- Expensive, but saves so much money in the long run by making homemade nut milks! You can also make them in a good blender like a Blendtec then strain with a cheesecloth, but I find this to be easier and faster and I’m more likely to do it multiple times a week.
For the Foodie
- Daily Harvest
- They have organic smoothies, ice cream, savory dishes. I just avoid the things with citric acid, but everything else is great! Especially great gift for busy people (aka everyone 😬) and new parents!
- Thrive membership
- Organic food for a good price! I find Costco is cheapest and it’s tied with Trader Joe’s on most things. It also carries items neither has!

- Sweet Laurel Cookbook

- Cooking class
- There are so many fun, remote cooking classes!
Skincare/Makeup Lover
- Gift card to 100% Pure

For the Home Body
- Branch Basics
- Non toxic candle

- Instructions and materials for a fun STEM project. I haven’t done these, but these look fun! Just use safe materials!
- Audible Gift card (or similar item!) with a list of your favorite books

- Gift card to rent/buy movies on Amazon
Homemade gifts
- Granola
- We did this one last year and will di again this year!
- Candles
- Haven’t tried that recipe, but it looks good! Just make sure the wicks are 100% cotton!
- What I love abt you
- There are two variations: 1) everything you love abt that person in individual, small pieces of paper, put them in a jar and tie with a bow!
- 2) Ask those in their life to share what they love abt them or a good memory!
- Potpourri
- I haven’t tried this recipe, but my family use to use one similar to this growing up as neighbor gifts and it was always a hit!
- Vanilla extract
- I’ve never tried doing this, but plan to!
- Treats!
- Special popcorn (caramel, chocolate, or kettle corn)
- Body scrub
- Also haven’t tried this recipe, but looks great!
Self Care
- Body soak
- Primally Pure
- I’ve used both their sea soak and floral one. Both are phenomenal!
- Primally Pure
- Body butter
- Primally Pure
- I’ve tried every scent and love them all- I just rotate. The lavender smells like you’re in a spa, the citrus mint is self explanatory, and the almond vanilla smells like cake to me! I love them all!
- Primally Pure
- Journal
- Massage gift certificate

- Chapstick
- Primally Pure is my fav brand! They have fun flavors like cocoa, creamsicle, grapefruit, lavender, peppermint, and a holiday lightly tinted (not a flavor- I know 😂)
- 100% Pure also has some that I haven’t tried)
- Floss
- Toothpaste
- Risewell is my favorite for hydroxyapatite toothpaste. They also have a kids one I love!
- Oil for oil pulling
- Mouthwash can mess with your oral microbiome, but oil pulling makes me gag, so I love this brand! You can also make your own 🙂
- Primally Pure deodorant
- All their scents are amazing, but my favorite is lavender!
- This is the only natural deodorant that works for me. I tried at least 5 other brands in the past and they all caused irritation, didn’t leave me smelling good, or caused stains on my clothes.

- 2 Oz safe Primally Pure Holiday Candle
Kids
Studies have shown children and their imaginations do best with less toys, so we really try to focus on high quality, long lasting, and safe toys that are better for the environment and our children. We try our best to steer clear of plastic and focus on safe wood with safe coatings and lead free paint or non painted wood, silicone, or toys made of natural fibers. We also try to steer clear of things with noises (better for imagination). Lastly, open ended toys are best for children. One of the best investments we ever made toy-wise is the kitchen we got for LO a couple years ago. It is used consistently and is such great, engaging play. Here are a few places with good options. They are very expensive, so to us it just means less toys which is great! Not everything from these companies is good, so please check materials used.
